What is our color consultation process?
We will ask for your hair color history, the look you are trying to achieve, and any concerns you may have. We will discuss the process, how long it will take, if needed visits required, maintenance, and price. A consultation fee is required when booking.
What is our cancellation policy?
We require 48 hr notice of cancellation. Failure will result in 50% charge of services scheduled. Same day cancellation will result in 100% of service scheduled
Should I come to my appointment with clean hair?
Yes, it's best to have clean hair when getting a hair color service.
