What is our color consultation process?

We will ask for your hair color history, the look you are trying to achieve, and any concerns you may have.  We will discuss the process, how long it will take, if needed visits required, maintenance, and price.  A consultation fee  is required when booking.

How do I know if I need a Blonde Specialist?

If your hair has brassiness, banding, previous box color, uneven color, or unhappy with previous color, it requires a specialist who understands lifting, toning, and hair integrity.

What is our cancellation policy?

We require 48 hr notice of cancellation. Failure will result in 50% charge of services scheduled. Same day cancellation will result in 100% of service scheduled

Why does my blonde turn brassy?

Brassiness usually happens because of mineral buildup from water, incorrect toner choice, under-lifting, box color or previous color buildup, and heat styling damage.

Can you fix box dye or bad blonde?

Yes, but it may require a color correction consultation appointment.  Color corrections  can take several hours depending on how dark the color is, previous hair history, hair health, and desired final shade.
